We are excited to introduce Individuals, SME's, Leaders and Coaches to our four unique coaching programs for helping you reach your true potential while navigating work, life and/or cultural change:
Our DPS Career program allows you to explore untapped potential, hidden strengths, and the challenges you face. We use a strengths-based approach method, which forms the foundation of our transformative process. Our tailored success program lasts six months or longer. Throughout the program, we work hand-in-hand, providing guidance, support, and practical strategies. Clients who complete our program emerge with a clearer vision of their path, a profound understanding of their strengths, and a comprehensive set of strategies to advance their career
Our DPS Culture program is structured around the Four Seasons and the profound teachings of the Medicine Wheel. Each season represents a natural cycle of growth and change that we all experience in our lives. The Medicine Wheel, a sacred tool for personal and spiritual growth used by indigenous people for centuries, brings profound insights and wisdom to our coaching approach. Throughout this transformative 12-month program, we integrate these principles, providing you with a framework to plan and execute key actions aligned with each season. By immersing yourself in the DPS Culture, you will experience a profound sense of harmony, balance and success while navigating new cultures or contexts.
Our DPS Life program emphasizes making informed choices during times of change. We use the Roundabout to remind you that you are in the driver's seat as you Explore, Dream and Discover your exit for your successful and meaningful transformation. As you travel along your exit for change, you'll construct your roadmap to living your dreams and receive expert guidance during your 12 meetings over a six-month period. We ask you to build your totem pole at the center of your roundabout, to remind you to be true to your core values and purpose throughout our change journey. With our guidance, you can navigate change successfully while staying true to who you are. By the end of you program, you will know where you want be and have the tools to move from dreaming to living your dreams .
Our DPS Coach Mentoring program connects an ICF Mentor to ICF ACC and PCC coaches wanting to grow as a coach and/or move to the next level of ICF credentialling. ICF Core Competencies forms the foundation of our coach mentoring process. Coaches complete 10 hours of mentoring over a 3–4-month period. Mentoring sessions include 7 hours exploring ICF Core Competencies and 3 hours of individual mentoring. 10 Mentoring Credits and a certificate are awarded upon completion. Clients who complete our program emerge with the clarity they need to elevate their coaching by enhancing their ICF credentials.
